The Grant County Health Department is asking you to complete this survey so that we can gain a better understanding of what our community believes in regard to public health and in particular our local facility. We will have the results available at our booth at the Health Fair on March 17th, 2012. We will also be able to answer questions and take suggestions if you have any at that time.
