David Black, City Attorney presented the County Clerk/Election Official with a Resolution from the City of Ulysses to have a Special Election for a 1% City Sales Tax.
Special Sales Tax Election will be for City of Ulysses residents only. The election will be held April 27th in the Lawson Room of the Civic Center. Advance In-Person Voting starts April 12th in the County Clerk's Office located at 108 S. Glenn, 1st Floor Courthouse, Ulysses.

Shall the City of Ulysses, Kansas levy a 1% additional retailers’ sales tax to be effective January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2031, with said proceeds to be used for the general operation of the City which may include street maintenance, park maintenance, administration, public safety and to offset property tax increases?
